Saffron, corn and bell peppers also have these. Green Peas (cooked) 1 cup 
Romaine Lettuce (raw) 1 cup 
Green Beans (cooked) ½ cup 
Papaya (raw) 1 large 
Egg 1 large 
Orange (raw) 1 large 

*Be sure to eat these 12 foods everyday because they contain lutein and zeaxanthin which can improve your vision dramatically after three months.
